Good morning, Combat Sports Entertainment ("Combat Night") (www.combatnight.com) has been operating in Florida for more than a decade and hosting shows in Jacksonville for many many years. We would like to have a short meeting with a representative from the City to discuss potential partnerships / community engagement activities for our May 6th, 2023 show being hosted at the Prime Osborne Convention Center. We would also like to offer the City an exclusive VIP table to the May 6th event, for the City to use as it wishes to come see the event live. As background, Combat Night received recognition from ESPN for hosting an event in Jacksonville during COVID. Combat Night's CEO is Mr. Mitchell Chamale, who is an active 8-3 professional fighter and a licensed mixed martial arts promoter. He is the only person in the country who holds both designations simultaneously. Both Mr. Chamale and Combat Sports Entertainment LLC have clean licensing and regulatory history.
